<p>What we think:</p> <p><span style="font-size: 13px; color: #000000; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; font-family: 'Arial'; font-style: normal; text-decoration-skip-ink: none;">Zoologist Harvest Mouse starts out in an orange blossom "creme savers"-like way, for those who are familiar with that candy. (Not that it's that level of sweet by any means, just that kind of scent profile mixed in with a little wheat and incoming green.) When the hay/beer come in, we really like how bread-y it makes it. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 13px; color: #000000; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; font-family: 'Arial'; font-style: normal; text-decoration-skip-ink: none;">It retains some level of mild sweetness throughout, with the drydown being more of a sweetgrass/hay/slightly balsamic woods in a faded bakery for me. Nice!
