Our office is closed on weekends and the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Orders placed on these holidays will be processed on the next business day.</p> <p><strong>Guarantee time for residential deliveries:</strong></p> <p>All residential deliveries are guaranteed by 8 pm. For priority deliveries, the guarantee is by 12:00 pm in most areas.</p> <p><strong>Guarantee time for business deliveries:</strong></p> <p>All business deliveries are guaranteed by 4:30 pm. For priority deliveries, the guarantee is by 12:00 pm in most areas.</p> <p><strong>Saturday deliveries:</strong></p> <p>Saturday deliveries are guaranteed by 1 pm in most areas.</p> <p><strong>Signature requirement:</strong></p> <p>We require a signature for all home deliveries. Clients can opt to waive the signature; however, this releases us from any liability if the package is lost or stolen after delivery without a signature.</p> <p><strong>Order cut-off time:</strong></p> <p>Orders to be shipped the same day must be placed by 2:30 pm CST. Orders placed after 2:30 pm CST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm CST on Fridays, or on Saturdays or Sundays, will be processed the following Monday.</p>
