Kit Suitability
This kit is best suited for those who would like to get started training with a cobra bag with maximum setup ease and without the need to make a DIY base. For more advanced performance I recommend the O3 Kit or the KS3 Core Kit and making a DIY base.
Performance Note: To get the best performance from the cobra bag, please fill the sandbags to the very top. To enhance the performance consider adding a second set of sandbags (optional) - this will add extra rigidity to the mast. You can also slide an Olympic Sleeve (optional) onto the mast and one or two of your own Olympic weight plates. If you need absolute maximum performance and extra height, consider making a DIY base or purchase the O₃ Kit which comes with the OctaBase - a very rigid base similar to a DIY base.
ATTENTION: It is critical to assemble the ball and the Paddles correctly. Please ensure you read the instructions fully before use. Failure to assemble correctly may void your warranty.
