About the Artist: Sawami AokiHailing from Osaka, Japan, Sawami Aoki grew up immersed in Japan's rich artistic traditions. Her talents span multiple disciplines, earning her accolades in design, oil painting, and ceramics. In 2016, she achieved 3rd place at the prestigious 17th Tokyo New York Ceramics Competition, solidifying her reputation as a master ceramicist.
