RED mode and use for 10-15 minutes max, no more or no less.Wait at least 6 hours and use one more time in RED mode for 10 minutes.
You can treat both the
RED & Infrared treatments at the same time and shut off the
RED in 10-15 minutes, do this twice a day 6 hours apart.You can also treat the skin with
RED in one session and NIR in another, either/or, as long as it's at least 6 hours apart between treatments and no more than 15 minutes for the RED and no more than 15 mins for the NIR.Do not use more than three times in a 24 hour period or longer than the recommended time or it will counteract the healing process.
