Before whisking ICHIKO, enjoy its emerald-green powder, its lightly sweet aroma boasting nutty and floral notes. Then to prepare, use 80C/176F water and 2g of powder to brew a silky, smooth matcha with hints of roasted almonds, flower notes, and robust umami. Its light astringency accentuates its sweet flavor. Nakayama san, along with 3 tea producers, has blazed a path in Sonogi's tea industry by creating the first Sonogi-grown and made matcha, in accordance with strict EU regulations.
