Here’s How We’re Helping Out: Support teen athletes in KEENFit, a fitness program for youth! Each week, athletes (ages 13-21) will be taken through a series of exercises designed to enhance physical fitness and have fun while doing so!
KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization that empower youth with disabilities and impact volunteer coaches through participation in free, non-competitive, one-on-one programs of physical activity and fun.
