What is an RMA Mystery Box?
This mystery box is for warrantied guns that are a mix of functional, refurbished, or non-working guns returned from the manufacturer! Every box will include 1 gun from our RMA'd Guns (Return Merchandise Authorization). Everything inside the box is sold as is, meaning it may be used, or non-working. These guns come from returns or if we received guns with problems. We send these back to the manufacturer to be fixed up and they get sent back to us. These are higher quality than our Boneyard Mystery Boxes.
If you have an issue with a mystery box, e-mail us at sales@foxairsoft.com to see if we can help first. Unauthorized returns are subject to postage fees, restocking fees, or outright rejection. Leaving order comments does not guarantee any items on your order but we will read all notes. No international orders on mystery boxes! Any non-USA resident orders will immediately be cancelled and refunded! Please do not call the store to ask us what you will get in a mystery box. This will not change your odds of what you will receive. The rules and terms on this page are final.
