Our PADI Advanced Freedive Course (Level 2) is specifically designed to enhance your freediving abilities and gradually advance your skills, providing you with a deeper understanding of your body's response during apnea. Course Goals: 240 Second / 4 Minutes Static Apnea 165 Feet/ 50 Meters of Dynamic Apnea 99 Feet / 30 Meters Depth To enroll, you must be 15 years old and have a PADI Freediver Certification (or a qualifying certification from another freedive organization). Additionally, you must have completed Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care training within the last 24 months Our head instructor, Eric Martin will be your instructor and limits his courses to a maximum of 2 participants for a more personal and unforgettable experience! This course is divided into three phases: PADI Freediver eLearning (6-hours online) 2 Confined Water / Pool Sessions to strengthen and refine various techniques 2 Open Water / Ocean Sessions at Catalina Island to practice deeper free immersions and other skills *Transportation to and from Catalina Island Included!
