The centerpiece for Porthole mise en place is our custom-designed Porthole Assembly Tray, elevating (literally) the experience of assembling the Porthole and arranging ingredients within. This handsome, durable piece features an inset Porthole key to hold the rear glass disc in place when tightening, and drip channels to keep your countertop tidy as you work.
Finally, this kit comes with 3 Barrel-Aging infusion discs, each toasted by hand in our studio. Age single spirits or composed cocktails on your choice of American White Oak, Western Red Cedar, or American Cherry. Each disc imparts its own unique flavor, or combine them to make your own custom "stave recipe".
