We recommend using either a damp beauty sponge or a fluffy powder brush. Apply this to any area of the face you want to set and mattify. Step 2 - Brighten the under eye and any other desired high points of the face with the pressed setting powder. To do this, we recommend using either a powder puff for a full coverage effect or a smaller fluffy brush for less coverage.
