The UHD18-EX115-K is an HDMI extender splitter that distributes a media signal to 8 distant displays. Supporting video resolutions up to 4K@60Hz, it is HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 compliant, with an 18Gbps video bandwidth and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It extends media to 8 displays up to 115 feet away over CAT 6/7 cables. The Transmitter includes an HDMI loop output for a nearby display. It features advanced EDID management and one-way IR Control for source control from the Receiver location. Only one power adapter is needed to power up the setup as it supports Power over Cable technology. Ideal for any residential or commercial setup.

No, this product doesn not extend multiple screens. It will duplicate the input sources to multple outputs.
Can I extend beyond the mentioned distance?
Yes, you will be able to get a signal beyond the mentioned distance but the quality of the video decreases with increase in the distance and that too when using with shielded CAT6 cable.
How can I upgrade the firmware?
You can upgrade the firmware by connecting the PC & this device via RS-232 cable.
Can I input the output of this product to another extender similar to daisy chain method?
Yes, you can implement the daisy chain method.
What is the recommended type of CAT cable?
Both the ends of the CAT cable should be termed as EIA-568B & the cable should be straight & not crossed.

Up to what length I can extend this product?
You can extend the display devices up to 115 Feet when using with a shielded CAT6 cable.
I am not getting signal with CAT5e cable but when I switch to CAT6, the issue gets resolved. How to make this unit work with CAT5e?
The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable.
How to know if the extender is dead?
If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead.

Does this product supports IR Frequency or FR Frequency?
Our all the extenders supports IR Frequency & the devices using RF frequency will not be compatible with our products.
I am unable to get the remote to work with IR, how to connect the IR Blaster/Emitter & IR Receiver?
The IR Blaster/Emitter should be connected to the IR out port on the Transmitter and the IR Receiver should be connected to the IR in on the Receiver.
