Important InformationYour delivery will be packed and shipped separately to your WellEasy Order. It will be shipped on the following Monday to your order for delivery on Tuesday. Once we book your shipment on Monday you will have a notification that the parcel is being collected by the courier. Early on Tuesday morning, you will be sent a two-hour delivery window. If you're not in, don't worry, they will leave your parcel safe at your home. The ice and thermal boxes will keep your fish in tip-top condition until you arrive home. All your fish will be shipped frozen to ensure optimal quality and freshness. When you receive your fish, cut the box open, and place your fish straight into your freezer, or into your fridge to defrost if using it soon after delivery.
