The concept of ROYALE was supposed to be the celebration of a man's sexuality. At the last moment, it was deemed too scandalous. Instead, what was going to be Signature SANTAL, or sandalwood, became Signature ROYALE. ROYALE and ROYALE XBeautiful in its own right, Signature ROYALE is an exceptional fragrance, but it didn't complete the initial vision George had for it. The original scent profile is a very heavy dose of pheromone, masculine and sexy (ROYALE XXX). However, George wanted this to be enjoyed by many and the animalic part of the profile was toned down, but just a little, becoming the first fragrance in the collection to be introduced at 27%; the highest possible without being too toxic. This is ROYALE X! After two years, on New Year's Day, 2022, Signature ROYALE X was introduced.
