Burstin Splash Liner Burstin' is a neon UV reactive water activated eyeliner that is both budge and transfer proof. Size: 3g ᴜsᴀɢᴇ: Dip your brush in water or add a couple drops of water in the lid after opening. Do not use anything but water to activate your eyeliner. Activate your eyeliner with a wet brush and mix thoroughly until a smooth and thick consistency is achieved. Apply as desired and allow to dry completely. Get creative and mix different shades to create your own color! Please use with caution around the eyes and avoid direct waterline contact.
