Directions: Dissolve up to 1/8 tsp in up to 8 ounces of non-chlorinated water and drink once daily. *** If you have never used Fulvic Acid before I recommend starting with 1/64 tsp and working up to 1/8 tsp. *** For Foot Soaks: Dissolve 1/8 tsp in water as hot as you can stand. Soak feet for up to 30 minutes. For Full Baths: Dissolve 1/4 tsp or more in a full bath with water as hot as you can stand.
