Directions:
Dissolve up to 1/8 tsp in up to 8 ounces of non-chlorinated water and drink once daily. *** If you have never used Fulvic Acid before I recommend starting with 1/64 tsp and working up to 1/8 tsp. ***
For Foot Soaks: Dissolve 1/8 tsp in water as hot as you can stand. Soak feet for up to 30 minutes.
For Full Baths: Dissolve 1/4 tsp or more in a full bath with water as hot as you can stand. It is recommended to Dry Brush before your bath and to take water with you to stay hydrated. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
