This shortening kit takes no extra time to install and reduces the Hele Box Sleeping Platform's length from 6ft (72 inches) to 5'6 (66 inches).  Perfect for smaller SUVs - or - if you don't need the full 6ft length that comes with every Hele Box Sleeping Platform. Compatible with all versions/models of the Hele Box.  Included in the kit are 2 connection poles you'll use in place of the longer connection poles found in your Hele Box + a velcro strap to help manage the excess topper.  Refer to the sizing chart to see if this kit might be required for your vehicle.  Please watch the video below for more details and instructions.
