Autoship program details:
Our Royal Velvet autoship program offers a one-month supply of two bottles of Royal Velvet each month. Your first month will be charged immediately, and subsequent orders will be processed on the 15th of each month. All subscription orders will be shipped the last week of the month in order to arrive at the beginning of the following month.

1. Do you charge shipping?
- For United States domestic shipments, a priority mail shipping fee of $9.00 applies, while priority shipping to Canada incurs a fee of $33.00. Our autoship program is currently only available in the United States and Canada.
2. If I place my order before the 15th will I be charged again on the 15th of the same month?
- No, if you place an order between the 1st and 15th of any given month your order will ship with that current months shipments and you will not be charged until the following month on the 15th. As an example if you place an order on the 10th of March then your shipment will ship the last week of the month of March and your next charge would occur on April 15th and ship the last week of April.
3. How do I cancel my auto ship? Can I skip a month and resume the following month?
- We understand that you may need to take a break from your subscription for any number of reasons. After a minimum of two orders you can skip a month, edit order details, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription," or by contacting our support team at support@theginstore.com.
