Please ensure the date and booking time is correct before you check out.*Limit 3 per personThe Spiral Ring Notebook Viking is an experience where you can assemble a one-of-a-kind SPIRAL RING NOTEBOOK (A5 Slim Size) by choosing your own paper and covers from a buffet of options. The USA Road Trip SPIRAL RING NOTEBOOK VIKING Event features three original Road Trip cover designs.To ensure the quality of the experience, a reservation is required, limited to one notebook per booking slot. There will be approximately 6-8 time slots each day, with a limited quantity of notebooks available per time slot. Each person is allowed to make up to 3 notebooks (in other words, book 3 time slots). For example, you can book 2 units of notebooks in the 10:00 – 10:45 time slot, and 1 unit of notebooks in the following 10:45 – 11:30 time slot to reach the maximum of 3. You can also choose to book all 3 units in the same time slot. Your booking is confirmed only after you check out.*Please note that if you order more than 3 notebooks, we may cancel your order. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time slot so we can check you in before the experience. Please look for an order confirmation email after purchasing, it may be in your spam or junk folder. Please present the order number for the staff at check-in. [specs]Frequently Asked QuestionsCan I cancel, return, or reschedule my booking?Each reservation booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled by the customer. Please ensure the date and booking time is correct before you check out. Due to the handmade and customized nature of the notebooks, they cannot be returned. Is the ticket selling out fast?Each time a booking is removed from the customer's cart, it may take 3 - 5 minutes for the availability to return. If a time slot is empty, please check back in 30 minutes as some availability may return when abandoned carts are refreshed. Why is my order refunded?To ensure a fair opportunity for more people to enjoy the Spiral Ring Notebook Viking Event, we limit the reservation to 3 per person maximum. If your order contains more than 3 notebooks or you make several orders, we will automatically cancel and refund your order. You will first receive a booking cancellation email when the refund is issued. It can take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refund. Can I make more notebooks during the event?Walk-in opportunities may be available based on each day’s sales situation. Please inquire with our staff during the day of the event.
