Is PolyTerra™ PLA biodegradable?
The short answer is no in a way that it would not degrade when throwing it on the side of the road. PolyTerra™ PLA requires specific conditions to degrade which can be achieved in industrial composting facilities.We developed a formula which can degrade faster than regular PLA while maintaining excellent printability which allows a step forward towards improving the end of life of our PLA in our industry.Compostability report and more detail information here.
