And while we also love our bamboo chasen (whisk), we find that these electric frothers really do the job well of not only mixing the matcha thoroughly into the hot water, they also work great for mixing in honey or syrup and frothing up hot milk. Here are some quick instructions for making a matcha latte with just this electric whisk: • Add 1/2-1 tsp matcha to your cup (preferably sieved through a screen :))• Add 2-4oz water heated to just below a boil and mix with frother for 15-30sec.• Add desired sweetener and give it a quick buzz with the frother.• For hot matcha latte, froth 4-8 oz of warmed milk and pour over matcha- Enjoy!• For iced matcha latte, add 4-8 oz of milk to matcha and fill cup with ice- Enjoy! Here are some quick instructions for making a Drinking Chocolate with just this electric whisk: • Add 1-1 1/2 tblsp cacao to your cup• Add 2-4oz water heated to just below a boil and mix with frother for 15-30sec.• Add 4-8 oz of warmed milk and pour over cacao- Enjoy!• You can also add more hot water after the cacao is mixed and add a heavy splash of cream.
