Due to the size of the shipment all customers are quoted to get you the best possible freight price. So CONTACT US for your freight quote BEFORE purchasing online. If you do not contact us prior to ordering online we are in agreeance that you understand there is a shipping fee to be collected and that we will contact you to collect upon completion of your boat for payment. Customer can arrange their own shipping/pick up if they wish, but please note that the boat is not crated unless specified by customer, and a $250 crating fee will be added.
We will not issue a refund once a boat build is started, as each boat is built to your custom build sheet. If we can't contact you in a weeks time or the boat hasn't left the facility in two weeks we reserve the right to put the boat up for sale.**
