Riders use it mainly for wheelies and balance practice. If you run aftermarket peg brackets it may sit higher then normal, but still functions the same. Install Guide put the bike on a stand or resting on its kickstand. Remove the 2 bolts holding on your bash guard ( on left or right side depending which side you choose to mount the foot lock. Unscrew the plastic cap on the end of the lock peg, put the shorter bolt into the peg and use an M6 Allen Key to tighten it into the bracket. Then send the 2 longer bolts through the bracket and put the spacer over the threads sticking out on the other side of the bracket hand tighten both bolts through your frame and into your bash guard. Last make sure both bolts are torqued to spec and take it for a rip! FAQs Does this come with all hardware?Yes. You get the peg, three bolts, and two spacers. Left or right side?Most riders run it on the shifter side. However our Shift Lock is made to be universal and can be mounted on either side!
