Yes! All BC Forged wheels are custom made to fit your vehicle with whatever options your vehicle has. How does the BC Forged wheel ordering process work? To place an order, first start by selecting your desired style. Then choose your wheel diameter, width, colors and any additional add-ons. Also enter your car year make and model for reference in the box. Confirm the order online. At this point, one of our wheel designers will contact you to go through an in-depth specification build via phone. Please be prepared to spend 20-30 min going over every aspect of the wheel. Our wheels are designed for your vehicle rather than just to a size. The manufacturing process may vary in time but standard is 3-5 weeks throughout the year. Once your wheels are complete, we will send you a completion photo. Once you confirm this photo, we will proceed with shipping and provide you with a UPS tracking number the following day. All shipping is via UPS and all BC Forged wheel shipments are sent Signature Required. Standard transit time is 4 to 5 business days. As with any shipping service, issues can/may occur. If you experience any issues during the shipment of your wheels, please contact us. Do my wheels come with center caps? What center cap options do I have? Yes, all BC Forged wheels come with center caps and valve stems. Standard, your BC Forged wheels will come with "BC Forged" milled logo center caps in the same finish as your centers or wheels. If you would like your center caps to be finished in a different finish, just let us know upon ordering. We also offer OEM center cap machining. This means your BC Forged wheels would be machined to accept the center caps right out of your OEM wheels. The OEM center cap machining does incur an additional per wheel upcharge. Do my wheels come with valve stems? Yes, all BC Forged wheels come with our low profile stainless steel valve stems.   What is the difference between a BC Forged monoblock wheel and a BC Forged modular wheel? The difference between a BC Forged monoblock wheel and a BC Forged modular wheel is the construction. A BC Forged monoblock wheel is a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum whereas a BC Forged modular wheel is comprised of two pieces of 6061-T6 aluminum, the first being a center and the second being a lip/barrel. With all BC Forged modular wheels, the center piece is fastened to a flange located on the lip/barrel with stainless steel assembly hardware, which we offer in four different finishes. LE/MLE series (non-extended spoke) designs are only offered with exposed hardware whereas all HCA, HCS, HC, HB, HBR and HT series (extended spoke) designs are all offered with hidden hardware with most also being offered with exposed hardware. How is concavity and/or lip size determined for my BC Forged wheel build? Can I pick what concavity and/or lip size I want? Concavity and/or lip size is determined by the final width and offset of your wheels as well as the brake clearance needed for the brakes that are on your vehicle. By default, we are going to produce your wheels max concavity / max lip size at the given specs with the given brake clearance needed factored in to the build. This can somewhat vary between monoblock and modular construction and/or series but is something that will be discussed upon placing your order. Do BC Forged wheels only accept one type of lug nut/bolt seat? Not at all. As all of our wheels are custom made per order, we offer multiple different types of lug seat machining options such as OEM ball seat machining or 60 degree conical seat machining. If you have any questions regarding what type of lug seat your vehicle uses from the factory or would like to discuss these options in further depth, please feel free to contact us. What is the difference between each of the monoblock series that BC Forged offers? Outside of some slight diameter variations, the only differences between the EH, KL, RZ, RS and RT series monoblock wheels are aesthetic concave profile shape and machining differences. EH series monoblock wheels utilize a straight concave whereas KL, RZ and RS series wheels utilize an arced concave. KL series wheels utilize a different lip style machining process as well as ball-end mill machining within the windows unlike any other monoblock series wheels. What finishing options do I have with a BC Forged monoblock wheel vs a BC Forged modular wheel? We offer a number of matte, gloss and brushed translucent powdercoated finishes. All monoblock wheels can be finished in (1) single finish. All 2pc modular wheels can be finished in (1) single center finish and (1) single lip/barrel finish. Our polished finish is only offered on lips and if lips are polished, barrels will be brushed clear by default, or gloss black. All 2pc modular wheels will utilize assembly hardware that will be hidden or exposed and can be finished in one of four finishes, stainless, black, gold or titanium. Do you offer custom finishes? Can I finish my BC Forged wheels on my own? We unfortunately do not offer any finishing options outside of the finishes we list. If you would like to finish your BC Forged wheels via a third party, you may purchase your wheels raw and prepped for powdercoat.
