Our cold-smoked king salmon is a true masterpiece—beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. Expertly cured, dried, and cold-smoked to perfection, its taste is delicate and refined, reminiscent of sashimi rather than traditional smoked fish. Unlike our other varieties, it retains a luxuriously smooth texture that practically melts in your mouth. Each fillet weighs approx 3 pounds, and we only sell it as whole fillets to ensure the highest quality and experience. Due to a huge increase in orders, our current turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.  If you select 2nd Day air at checkout we will ship it with UPS second day air. This does not include the processing time. If you need your order to arrive faster please send us an email before you place the order!   We deliver Tuesday through Friday. Please note, we are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier.
