This will release the lens from the groove on either side of the frame. Step 2: Bend the frame back slightly, while holding the lens firmly to pop the lens out of the groove. Repeat on both sides. Step 3: Slide the lens upwards from the nose bridge to free the lens. Step 4: Swap the lens by reversing the above steps.
