Our Deadstock rugs are produced exclusively using leftover yarn from our production orders as well as the orders of all the other designers our factory works with. Sometimes there is a lot of yarn, sometimes only a pound. We try to use up as much as we can - sometimes to a tenth of a kg - for as many rugs as we can, often embracing colors and yarns not ordinarily found in our collections. They are limited edition and explore reimagined color ways of some of our favorite styles. This design originally appeared in our Interiors: 1974 collection, an homage to the melodrama, decadence and outrage in the films of Rainer Werner Fassbinder.
