If your package is missing, I encourage you to speak with your neighbors first, then your local post office, who can GPS track where and when a parcel was delivered. If there are shrubs or bushes near where your parcels are dropped off, check them. Do you have a mischievous dog? S/he may have dragged off and “hidden” your package. (Seriously, these misplacements happen. A lot. Including the dog thing.) I will work with you to resolve problems but am not obligated to issue refunds on tracked packages which are confirmed as delivered.
