Handmade artisan resin keycaps/spacebars, randomly thrown together in a mystery grab bag for you to enjoy!
==========
‣ Customization/Personalization Options & How to Purchase:
These keycaps are ones we didn't find fit to go out for custom orders due to coloring issues or imperfections, or just randomly made for fun! They may have some minor faults, but they will all be fully functional, and some may even be perfect! This is the main reason for the discounted price (compared to our typical price for fully customizable keycaps).
We'll do our best to match any requests you have, but please keep in mind our grab bag keycaps are limited to any we have previously made, so our stock is constantly random and changing! So even though an orange keycap may be requested, we may not have any at that time. These are completely random, but preferences are allowed! Just please note that we will not always be able to cater to the requests.
All grab bags will be completely random! This includes both the color and size.
Interested in custom colors or designs for your keycaps rather than a random grab bag? Please refer to the fully customizable listings on our store!

‣ Specifications:
All keycaps, modifiers, spacebars, and any other keys are made to standard sizes (OEM/R1-R4) and use the standard Cherry MX stem patent design. No ISO keycaps are currently available. We plan to add many more options in the near future! Every keycap is handmade, and each singular keycap is completely cured, washed, sanded, polished up, and washed again, then tested before being sent out for delivery.
With UV resin...keycaps, modifiers, and spacebars may fit some boards, while they may not fit others. For example, some of Razer's mechanical switches tend to be too small for some resin keycap stems, whilst some artisans may be too thick to work with tight-bordered high-profile boards--and do keep in mind that these are not made for membrane boards or keyboards which use external stabilizer bars!
Now with UV resin and casting small pieces such as keycaps, it's sometimes required in the artisan world to have to heat them up (using a blow dryer or hot water) before use, stretching them or squeezing them to fit them to your keyboard’s specifics, then using cold water to lock them into that shape (or letting them cool), as during shipping through heat it’s possible for them to slightly deform...the spacebar specifically is known to have thermal issues during shipment. Some keys may end up being tight, loose, small, big, angled, and more...yet fixes do exist for this as listed above and below! With artisans and hand casting with resin in general, it’s extremely common for the stems to be too loose to work on some switches. The most common fix is a few small pieces of saran wrap, paper, or sticky notes on the bottom stem to help the stems lock in place.
If any other issues occur with your keycaps when receiving them, let us know and we’ll get it all fixed as soon as possible. :)

‣ End Result, Processing, and Shipping:
Please note that nearly all of our custom items are handmade, whether it be with UV/epoxy resin, 3D printer PLA filament, silicone, ABS plastic, or any other material. Due to these being handmade in an inexpensive environment, many items may have minor imperfections or slight variations in their appearance relative to the provided photos (this can affect orientation, finish, color, design, scent, shape, and more). This goes for all custom keycaps (each individually crafted one-by-one and casted, with no vacuum chamber or professional setup; so slight bubbles or scratches may sometimes be present in your item as well as slightly off-center or crooked stems), 3D printed materials (which will all have one “rough” side due to the base plate when printing), and anything else we may sell or create in the future. Any Print-On-Demand (POD) items we currently sell are produced by a separate manufacturer who will print, ship, and deliver your product. If any issues arise with one of the POD products, don’t hesitate to contact their company directly (for a faster response) or us so we can relay the issue to them and resolve it ASAP.
Although our product images are taken and picked to be some of the best, we promise we will do our best to match the original style and quality for you. If any issues occur with your product when received or during shipping, please reach out as soon as you can so we can get it figured out and fixed up for you! We're more than happy to help.
If you have any questions about our processes, our product, or just our store in general, shoot us a message!
---
As for processing, our typical processing time hovers around 1-3 days. We most often will start on your items the same day, but some items are much easier to produce than others, while occasionally we may need an extra day or two to reprint/recast some items. Although we'll try our best to get your items out within whatever processing time we have set, please remember that we have our max processing days (depending on your order date) to have your item ready, polished up, and shipped out. Issues do arise on my end as well during production, but no matter what we will always try to have your item out within the week. If any problems (such as stock or casting issues) cause us to be delayed, we will absolutely reach out to you beforehand. So please note that these processing times are typically standard but not guaranteed.
---
When it comes to shipping, we try our absolute best to have your item out within the 1-3 days of processing time we have set for our store. Occasionally you’ll receive a note from Etsy that your order has shipped when we’ve printed the label, yet it may not be until the next day or after the weekend that it is officially in the hands of USPS or any other postal service. We ship our items by printing labels on an order-to-order basis (no SCAN sheets currently), packing up said items, then shipping out common 25+ batches 2-3 times a week. We schedule USPS pickups on these days as it’s much easier on us to do so since USPS will pick up the items the next morning for us. With this system and how USPS handles packages, even though your item will go out the day it’s supposed to, USPS has a “pick-and-choose” system when it comes to scanning down at the post office. So, it’s possible your item may not be scanned in until it reaches your distribution center or until USPS finally reaches your package to scan up to a week later sometimes (some batches of our products will have half the packages scanned on one day, with multiple others trickling in the next few days). So please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your package or delays or need a package by a specific date. We will always reach out to USPS if need be, as well as send out second packages if required.
