Cut from the core of the bottle, (neck and base saved for other art pieces) the glass is placed in a kiln to flatten into a "sheet of glass". Once flattened the glass is placed on the seascape mold (features starfish, large and small, Scallop shells, Turritella shells and Coral, not all are captured on each panel of glass) and fused in the kiln to create these beautiful translucent panels. Panels are displayed on Oak stands (included) and have been stained a gray tone to emulate driftwood. (Stands are cut from Oak boards and beveled with a slight angle and varied thicknesses to accommodate each panel of glass).
AQUA BLUE - offered in either a single layer thickness or a double** layer thickness panel. (the difference is the color shading, the single panel is more transparent, the double fused panel has a more defined deeper color).

COBALT-BLUE, GREEN-BLUE, GOLD-AMBER and OLIVE GREEN panels are all a single layer thickness of glass.
Panel sizes vary by bottle sizes; therefore every one is unique and slightly different. Panels range from 7 inches to 9 inches wide and 6 inches to 7 inches tall.
Stands are 6 inches across, 3.5 inches deep 3/4 inch tall for panels pieces.
