HOW DO I ORDER?
1. Select the size of your product (eg, banner, welcome sign, table runner, table card, etc) in the drop down menu.
2. Select your desired finish option for your banner (pole opening, hem only, grommets, etc.).
3. Enter the customization details for your design/product. This is the text, graphics, color, font, etc. you want displayed on your design. You can also share links to Canva designs or images that are inspirational. You can even send links and design inspiration via Etsy messenger.
4. Add your custom product to your cart and purchase.
5. We will send a proof for your approval within 24-48 hours.
6. Once you approve your proof, we will process your product or digital file for printing and shipping. Products ship the next business day and on weekdays. Digital files will be provided within 12 hours. Please contact us if the digital file cannot be accessed or isn’t received.

PROOF APPROVAL
We provide proofs within 24-48 hours. In many cases, we provide proofs much sooner. Your product will look identical to the proof.
** We will not process a design for printing without approval. **
To approve, you should:
- Review and confirm text, fonts, designs, colors, product size, quality of photos, product finish (ie, grommets, hem only, pole openings, etc), shipping address, and any other details important to your design and event
- Respond to us with any feedback that you do not like or approve, so that we can fix
- Approve the proof by sending us a message on Etsy, which will signal us to process for printing and shipping
NOTE:
- We cannot change the design or finishing options once the proof has been confirmed/approved and sent to our printing department.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide a proof without an order.

CHOOSING YOUR BANNER FINISH:
Your banner finish is how you will hang or show your banner/step and repeat.
Pole Pockets – Openings added to the banner that allow you to slide a rod or pole through to secure the banner. Pole pockets can be added to the top or top and bottom of the banner.
This is a great option if you have a banner stand or if you have an existing pole that you can use to secure the banner.
2. Grommets – Reinforced holes along the edge of the banner.
This is a great options to hang the banner with hooks (eg, 3M removable hooks), a rope, or string.
3. Hem Only – A sewn hem around the banner with edges trimmed and folded for a nice, sleek finish.
This finish is a great option if the banner will be taped or affixed to a wall.

Ground shipping is free! We offer next-day and 2-day shipping.
We ship all products during business days and 1-2 business after approval is received. On average, products will be received 5-7 days after they are shipped.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We offer a size chart to assist you with selecting the right size. Be sure to check the space where the banner will be hanged or placed to ensure you select the right size

MATERIAL:
Our banners/step and repeats are made of premium heavyweight, matte, vinyl material. Vinyl material is approximately 13 oz.
Our floor stickers are made with a removable adhesive that doesn’t leave a residue. Floor stickers can be reused.
