This all original oil painting is titled "Leafing Pumpkin”. It is on gessobord & by Marilyn Eger. This painting is a loose and painterly still life that is 6" X 6". It was painted from direct observation as part of the Strada Easel Challenge. It was the 5th & 8th painting days in the 30 day challenge on September 5 & 8th, 2022. It is of 3 pumpkins that I grew in my garden. 2 are orange & 1 is white with the stem still attached. I used a limited palette for this painting. I did several different views of these guys in a variety of different sizes. It is sweet enough to be hung all year long during any occasion or season, but great for fall and thanksgiving.
