How to order:
â„Select how many cups you need from the drop down menu "size/number/price"
â„Select "yes" or "no" from the drop down menu "proof". Proofs are sent via Etsy messages. We consider it approved, and move to printing, if we havenât received a response within 48 hours for non RUSH orders and 24 hours for RUSH orders. So make sure to check your Etsy messages!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
â„ Available in 9 sizes: 5oz, 8oz, 9oz (SQUAT) 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, 16oz, 20oz and 24oz
â„ All cups are professionally screen printed
â„ Drink ware is measured as filled to the brim, not including the ice. The ounces are an approximate volume and are not a guarantee of exact volume. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up!
â„ Standard pricing includes printing on both sides and 1 color ink.
â„This cup is made of BPA free translucent plastic and meets FDA regulations.
It is Recyclable: Type 5.
It is both made and printed in the USA.
Hand wash only.
Ink will fade or wear off after multiple washes.
â„PROOFS
We send proofs for all personalized items within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Your digital proof is sent to you via Etsy conversations, so please check your messages. Once the proof is sent you will be able to give feedback so that we can make edits if needed. We reserve the right to kindly cancel and provide a refund if we feel that too many proofs are sent and we arenât able to create something that will make you happy!
If we have not heard back from you in 48 hours for non RUSH orders and 24 hours for RUSH orders, we will consider your design approved and begin printing your order. If more than one option was given and we have not heard back from you in that timeframe, we will choose the best option and move forward with printing your order. If you did not provide your color choices, after that timeframe, we will choose what we think is best and move forward with printing. We also reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not hear back from you. You will have the choice to place a new order should you decide to.
Once your order is sent to print we are not able to make any changes.
â„WHAT SIZE CUP SHOULD I ORDER?
We recommend ordering larger than you think you need. For example if using an 8 oz drink purchase the 10 oz cups. Please message us for images of what the cups look like with liquid in them.
CUP SIZES & COMMON DRINK USED WITH CUP SIZE
5oz- custom shot cups
8 oz - often used for wine, root beer floats or ice cream
9 oz - cocktails, wine
10 oz - cocktails, wine
12 oz - mixed & signature drinks
14 oz - mixed & signature drinks
16 oz - mixed and signature drinks, beer, soft drinks, tea (most commonly used size)
20 oz - beer, soft drinks, tea
24 oz - soft drinks, tea
*5oz and 24oz are not options from the drop down menu. If you want 5oz shot cups, select 8oz from the dropdown menu (same price) and make a note that you want 5oz cups
*same goes for the 24oz, it is not an option on the dropdown menu, select 20oz (same price) and make a note that you want 24oz cups
â„DELIVERY WINDOWS
Delivery windows are clearly posted when shopping with Etsy. The delivery window means that your item could arrive as late as the last date that is posted. We work to get our items made as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for items that get to you after your event because you did not pay attention to the delivery window. We have a RUSH option that cuts down, on average, the delivery time by 50%. If you need your item sooner than the delivery window shows then use the RUSH option. Please read all about it by clicking on the RUSH link and follow the instructions to place your order correctly to avoid your order from being cancelled. â„HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. If purchasing multiple items from our shop, items will ship at different times. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Global Mail you will receive a tracking number when your order is marked shipped.
