Once the order is received NMC will contact you to verify the details.
When your order is received you will be placed on the calendar. All party favors will be shipped near the event date.
A design proof will be sent before starting your order. If you do not respond within 5 business days, your order may be canceled.
Please place your order 3 weeks in advance of your event (Unless you are placing a rush order).
For rush orders, there is a 25% order fee.
When an order is placed less than 3 weeks before the event date; a rush order listing will be created for you so that you can place a rush order or I can email you an invoice to pay the rush order fee.
We regret to inform you that returns cannot be accommodated for custom items. Nevertheless, if you encounter any concerns or difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us promptly.
