The pens are refillable, so don’t throw them away! ~ We only customize the pens, therefore we’re not responsible for the way they write. ~ Pens are made to order and no two pens will look exactly alike. I do try to make them as perfect as possible, but since they are handmade there may be slight imperfections. ~ Please make sure to double check the spelling and punctuation of names. I will copy and paste directly from your order to prevent errors on my end. ~ If you are left handed, please let me know so I can put any requested lettering in the opposite direction. ~ All colors in the sample pictures may appear different on different screens. ✨✨✨OUR POLICIES: ~ By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the turnaround time that is currently 3-4 weeks (not including shipping time). Your order may not necessarily take that long, pens will ship out sooner if possible. ~ We do not have control over packages once we deliver them to the Post Office. We are not liable for any lost, stolen or delayed packages, so unfortunately if this happens, you will need to file a claim through USPS directly. ~ Because the pens are custom, we do not accept refunds or exchanges once your order is placed. ~ If your order is shown as “delivered”, but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office.
