If you provide us with a spelling error in your child's name, it will be your fault. We do not accept refunds or cancellations of completed custom orders.
If the name you provided is correct and we misspelled it during the design and production process, it is our fault and we will immediately re-arrange the production order for you. If it is too late to redo it, we will refund you immediately.
