You can choose to grow your cutting into a single tree or graft them to grow many varieties of fruits and nuts on the same tree!
Grafting fruit and nut trees together consists of inserting cuttings from one tree into a compatible tree so that they grow together.
Each tree cutting will be 4"-6" long with multiple nodes on each.
There are several methods of grafting, so to be successful please choose which is best for your climate, plant type, and skill level.
Please note that creating your own mixed fruit and nut tree requires a host tree, called a rootstock, that is compatible with the branches you choose. The host tree doesn't need to be large or full grown. See our graph to find which trees are compatible
