Vintage 1970s PDF Pattern for western (in the best way) square dance dress. She's got a ruffle hem for swooshing, choice of puff sleeves or straight sleeves and a gathered waist.
Misses vintage size 12 (please check measurements chart as this is not the same as a modern size 12).
View A – A romantic long dress featuring a fitted bodice with a low neckline and simple short sleeves. Ruffles trim the neckline and sleeve edges, while the skirt, gathered at the waist, hangs gracefully with an added full, ruffle at the bottomfor a timeless look.
View B – A variation of View A, this dress offers a more modest higher neckline and playful puff sleeves. The shorter skirt maintains the vintage charm (and saves on fabric) with a ruffled hem, highlighted by optional rickrack detailing.
Pattern also includes: A wide, structured belt with eyelets and ties cinches the waist for a tailored finish.

(A lot of the fabric requirements are for the luxurious ruffles - there is wriggle room here to decrease the width or depth of the ruffle to save on fabric.)
NOTE: It's always good to buy more than the pattern calls for, please check pattern info slide for more detail. To get the most out of your fabric, you can adjust the length or width of the ruffles.

I've tried really hard to minimise paper waste, print costs, and assembly time by fitting as much as humanly possible onto as few sheets of paper. I aim to fit all pattern pieces on to one or two A0 sheets. Some A0 sheets may need to be taped together for larger pattern pieces.
