The color of the shoes can be changed, if you don't like the color in the picture, please contact me, I can change the shoes to your favorite color according to your request.

Our shoes are standard size. Please check the size chart carefully before you buy. If you are really unsure of the size you need, you can take a picture of the size tag on the inside of the shoe and send it to me. I will help you determine the size. Again, we do not accept return requests due to sizing issues, as the shoes are custom made. Therefore, please check the size you need.

If you need customization service, please contact us and tell us what you need. We will customize the shoes according to your needs.
If you don't contact us to communicate your customization needs, we will make a customization based on the picture of the item you purchased. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
-Return Policy
Since the shoes are custom made, they are only available for specific orders. Therefore, orders will not be removed or refunded.
-Shipping time:
All of our products are custom made, it takes me 2-3 weeks to complete the shoe making process after submitting an order, I will courier the shoes out as soon as possible after completion, usually you will receive the shoes within 15-25 business days after purchase
