Documentation on setting up the upgrade is also included, for elbows the setup is very straightforward, just simply program your wifi credentials!
For the Elbow trackers please keep in mind that a pair of pliers/a tool to pry out the usb C cover is required and a calibration of the sensor is required, documentation will be included on the process and should take less than 10 mins!
Shipping - these trackers are ready to ship in one business day! Shipping in the US is free and a flat 30 dollars for international shipping. in the US I use usps Priority, and internationally I use Fedex international connect+ when applicable or failing that usps first class international.
Do keep in mind that import shipping fees aren't covered and may vary by country, I can give a rough estimate if requested, but I have had my estimates vary in accuracy (sometimes they charge more, or non at all.)
Warranty and support - I offer a 1 month limited warranty on shipping damage and initial setup, as well as the same 14 day return, after one month I offer support for the cost of the replacement parts + shipping, and I am always willing to help if you reach out on etsy or email me!
