- All orders are shipped within 1 business day from Los Angeles, California
- Tracking is provided for all domestic and international orders. For domestic and international orders over $500, shipping insurance is included and signature confirmation is required (if available by the international carrier) unless requested otherwise by the buyer. Adult signature (21+) is required for all orders over $1,000. Once the package has been marked delivered by the couriers, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Domestic orders should arrive within 5 business days. International orders should arrive within 6-21 business days depending on your location and the class of the shipment. Delivery times are estimates, and cannot be guaranteed by the couriers.
- We have a 45-day return policy for domestic and Canadian orders, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request and complete a return. Exclusions may apply to sale items.
- Custom orders and all international orders outside the US and Canada are final sale and non-returnable.
- To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its complete original packaging with all inserts and gifts (if any) with purchase included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If it is not in the same condition as when it was originally sent out, we may be unable to issue the refund and the item will be sent back to you or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, the order amount will be refunded minus the cost of applicable shipping and any additional fees that may incur. Note that the cost of the return shipping will vary depending on the location the return shipment is being originated from and the return order amount due to the cost of the return shipping insurance.
