This circa 1920's/1930's VIENNESE glass vase is in MINT condition! Absolutely exquisite!
The glass on the vase is a sheer deep pink, and, showing through it lightly are the sparkling gold rounds inside it, which gives it even more endless shimmer.
On the front of the vase are beautifully hand-painted white flowers. To accent the flowers, there are multiple hand painted 24K gold gilt painted leaves. All the paint is in superior condition and uninterrupted by the passage of time.
The glass itself, without accouterments, measures 4" in height and is 3 1/4" in diameter.
WITH the bouquet and other accouterments, the height rises to as high as 7 1/2" - and the width, as wide as 6."
This one of a kind beauty carries over 400 hand made flowers, leaves and other accouterments. It is chock full of hand torched flowers, pressed flowers and blown flowers, vintage lamp work beads, vintage and oh so rare Mercury Glass sprays, hand set fuchsia rhinestones, hand painted vintage Czech glass beads, myriad rhinestone -topped head pins, genuine pink jade, genuine rose quartz, deep pink jade with channel-set rhinestones, shamballa beads in shades of pink, sparkling glittered pink filigree leaves, amazingly rare pink chenille stalks, pink glittered vintage twigs, hand made tiny pink clay flowers with rhinestones in the middle, vintage three-tiered burgundy stick pins, pearl-tipped stick pins, vintage deep pink navette rhinestone leaves, and, in the front: three hand-made French beaded bright pink flowers.
Also, just biding its time in the front is a small 18K gold filled and pink enamel butterfly with a tiny rhinestone at the top (see photos).
To top it all off (literally), three extremely rare deep pink birds, all handmade, soar amongst the foliage and have white freshwater pearls in their middles.
