Hi there, this is Xingtong, I'm an artist and illustrator. I designed and illustrated every cute animals in my store. I love to draw pets and animals. I will make a drawing of your pets and produce your own Nintendo Switch case with the customized drawing.
I will do a custom digital drawing of you and your fluffy friend in a super cute and stylish way. Feel free to send me photos of you and your cat, dog, rabbit, bird, guinea Pig etc. All animals are welcome!!!

γ1π±.Q: What am I going to receive?γ
A: You are going to receive: a CASE of Nintendo Switch or Switch oled (including the main piece and 2 joycon stick covers) or a case for Switch Lite ( A whole piece of the shell, no joycon stick covers)
It is customized for you, from you and your own pets' pictures. I will create a cute cartoon character of you and your pets according to your photo (Half body size). Little decorations will be added to the background. ( Floral elements, names, cute little decorations. If you require full background like scenery/particular places, please contact me for pricing).
You will also get a digital file of the drawing. (It means the portrait, NOT the production file for the switch). The picture will be in 2000x2000 px and 72 dpi. It will be very clear for using in your social media.

γ2π±.Q: How many characters are included?γ
A: You can choose the numbers of the people/ pets from the variations. If you require more than 6, please contact me, I will help you with submitting the order.

γ3π±.Q:what do I need to provide for the order:γ
A: After submitting an order, please contact me with the following information provided:
Β· 1-3 photos of you and your pets (high resolution photos with people / pet facing the camera are highly recommended. ).
Β· The color of the Switch case you'd like to choose. (Please see the listing pictures for choices)
Β· Any names/words/you'd like to add to the drawing or any preference of the drawing/background/style

γ4π±.Q: What is the whole process of the customization?γ
A: 1-submit an order
2-contacting me with all the required information
3-I will start to draw and provide a picture for you to preview and confirm in 1-3 days.
4-( 1 revision can be made -- and let's confirm again)
5- The file will go to our professional factory and will be carefully produced especially for you! *yay* (It will take about 2-3 week for the case to be made and printed, it totally up to our factory's producing schedule)
6- Once it is done, It will be shipped to you.

γ5π±.Q: How long will I receive my order?γ
A: It will take about 2-4 weeks for you to receive the order. Please understand the process includes both the drawing and producing. We will try our best to create it as soon as possible for you.

γ6π±. Q: Do you accept rush orders?γ
A: Yes, for a rush order, please submit your main customization order first, then submit another order choosing the RUSH ORDER option in variations to add the charge. So you will be able to receive your order within about 2 weeks. (Please contact me for the exact time)

γ7π±.Q: What's the difference between a regular Switch and Switch OLED?γ
A: The regular switch has a small stand on the back (left corner) while the OLED model has a whole piece of stand across the back. If you are not sure what model is your switch, please contact me with a photo of your switch, I'm happy to help you with it.
