Grinch Door Round File for Laser Cutting. I have tested this file out on my Glowforge Pro and cuts perfectly. I created this file in Silhouette.
This file comes with a full shiplap round for larger laser and laser with a passthrough, a two piece shiplap round for glowforge basic, brackets for the back to hold the two pieces together and the design. You can resize this entire file to any size you like! I have scored Shiplap Lines but you can always leave that option off if you like! Holes in the top are added for easy hanging! Design shown on sign is included.
I used 1/8" Birch wood but you can use 1/4" material as well.
This file is for small business and craft purposes and not for mass producing blanks. Feel free to sell your finished product or your businesses DIY kit and classes.
