Please be aware that the checkboxes included in this template are part of Excel's new features, which are not yet available to all Excel 365 users. These checkboxes may appear as TRUE or FALSE instead of checkboxes for users who are not on the Current Channel of Excel 365. If you have an older version of Excel, we recommend that you use the template in Excel for the Web. The web version supports the new checkboxes, regardless of your desktop version.
