✍️ OUR PERSONALIZED GUIDE:
Custom sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees will usually have four embroidery positions:
➤On the chest: Left chest (above the heart), right chest, middle chest.
➤On the sleeve: Left sleeve or right sleeve (you can customize both, one side is free).
➤On the back of the shirt: In the middle.
➤In the hood for hoodies.
If you want to embroider any of these positions, please place an order and let us know in the Personalized box or via an Etsy message.

⚫ Check your message after ordering to receive design proof for personalized products
1- 2 business days (Outline and text embroidered products) | 2 - 3 days (for fully embroidered products)
⚫ Custom products need to send clear, sharp images or according to image instructions.
⚫ Let us know when you'd like to wear an oversized piece so we can design it for you.
✍️ OUR POLICY
➤ For returns and store policies:
We accept returns for incorrect embroidery, errors in embroidery, and incorrect sizes caused by our store.
We also accommodate orders missing parts of the embroidery, incorrect shirt designs (10% - 50%).
Cancellations will incur a fee of 70% of the design cost.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the original shipping fee (whichever is higher) will be charged.
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
➤ Service charge fees:
Outline embroidery: $5 for changing the design after receiving the proof, for a second sleeve, additional embroidery, or new placement.
Full-thread embroidery: $10 for changing the design after receiving the proof, additional embroidery, or new placement.
