This is a DIY kit designed for assembly by the consumer. It takes approximately 1 hour to assemble a 6ft – 8ft Garland. Inflate balloons with air NOTE: Helium is NOT necessary. You can inflate them 1-2 days before the event, and they will still look freshly blown up! Customizable options are at your disposal. Wall hooks and additional string are NOT included. We recommend using high-strength command hooks for wall attachment (3M Hooks). Additionally, consider purchasing string or fishing line to secure the garland to a wall or table. Please be aware: Blowing up numerous balloons with your mouth, especially for garlands that are 8ft and larger, can be very difficult and time-consuming. We strongly recommend purchasing a Balloon Hand pump or an electronic Balloon Inflator. Warning: Deflated balloons can pose a choking hazard for children and pets. Adult supervision is required.
