Garbage Pail Kid (Joe Blow), comes with 2 collectors cards a and b versions. Made by using inscribe pastels and water colour pencils. Liquitex paints and glue have also been used. Picture on shirt made using felt and tshirt bought. Trousers are for newborns but fir these dolls beautifully. Arms had extra stitching sewn in to replicate the shape shown on the cards. Hair painted and all sprayed with MSC UV.
