About Shipping
1) It takes 2-4 business days to prepare the backdrop.

About the background stand:
We only sell background, background stand are not included.
About pocket and grommets:
(1) Grommets: If you have some hooks, you can choose the size with grommets, which will be convenient for you to hang your background;
(2) Pocket: If you have a background stand, you can choose the size with pocket, which will be convenient for you to hang your background;
Note: We add a pocket on top of the background by default. If you also need to add a pocket at the bottom of the background, please leave your notes when placing your order. Also, please be aware that the size of the pocket will be included in the background size, so this will affect the height of the background by 2 - 3 inches.

Warm Tips
Item send by folded, there will be wrinkles.Here are ways to remove wrinkles：
1) Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, it will be ok.
2) Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item（low temperature）, then it will be smooth again
Note: When ironing the background , in order to prevent the background from being damaged, it is recommended to place a cloth between the steam iron and the back of the background and then iron on the back of background at low temperature.
