We ship accordingly to your event date. When placing your order you must leave the day of your event to guarantee fresh product. All packages ship via USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 day delivery, depending on your location. Message your zip code and we will provide you with exact delivery time.
All packages ship out insured. If a package arrives damaged please message me a picture so that I can assist you in submitting a claim with USPS as all my packages are insured. I cannot submit a claim unless I am able to provide USPS with pictures of the product and box.
SUMMER: In summer months, customer is responsible to be present at time of arrival. We offer the option of purchasing cooler boxes and additional ice packs. Message me for prices. We will not be held responsible for a package that has suffered heat damage once it has left our hands. No refunds will be given for packages that have been exposed to heat. Message me for further questions or concerns.
We are NOT LIABLE for delays caused by The United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS. It is absolutely out of our control and therefore not a reason to request a refund.
